
INGREDIENTS
* 1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
* 2 cups broccoli florets
* 1½ cups sliced mushrooms (button or cremini)
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
* 1 tsp oyster sauce (optional)
* ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
* Salt and pepper, to taste
* 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add mushrooms and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.
4. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
5. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and chili flakes. Toss to coat evenly.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
